Online Therapy

You’re welcome. Start where you are.

Online therapy allows you to connect from the comfort of your own home. Each one-hour session offers a safe, supportive space to slow down, notice what’s happening inside you, and explore what matters: with kindness and curiosity.

*I personally handle all bookings via e-mail. This allows me to answer any questions, discuss your needs, and schedule a time that works perfectly for you.

How it works

In our sessions, we focus on you as a whole: your thoughts, feelings, body experiences, and life context. Therapy is about (re)connecting with yourself, understanding where you feel stuck, and creating space for insight and growth.
